Tarot can open a thoughtful new way into psychospiritual growth—making room for insight, perspective, and the next honest step.

In the first year of offering BH Alchemy, a clear interest emerged: clients were drawn to Tarot cards as an additional tool within our psychospiritual work. Used with care, Tarot can help us access a different perspective when the familiar route is not quite enough.

Two ways in.

Two ways in.

01 / INSIDE–OUT

A map of the psyche.

A map of the psyche.

This orientation draws from Carl Jung’s analytical psychology. We work with the themes, archetypes, stories, somatic sensations, and emotional responses that arise in response to the imagery. The cards become a way to notice what may be moving from the inside out: psychological patterns, the unconscious, and the meaning already asking for attention.

02 / OUTSIDE–IN

A conversation with the unseen.

A conversation with the unseen.

Here, the cards may open a conversation with whatever you believe in: a higher power, guides, ancestors, your higher self, or another spiritual orientation. We receive guidance, ask specific questions, and explore the topics that matter most. Together, we decide what approach—or particular blend of both—fits your situation.

A CASE EXAMPLE

When the next step needs encouragement.

When the next step needs encouragement.

When the next step needs encouragement.

A client came in feeling stuck and unclear about her professional life. After gathering evidence, exploring the facts, and doing some cognitive restructuring, we ended a session with a few cards and a question for her higher power: What guidance is here for my next steps? The Queen of Cups, The Chariot, Ace of Pentacles, and Page of Wands appeared—an unexpectedly clear invitation to lead from the heart, move forward confidently, welcome a new material beginning, and stay open to adventure. The spread did not replace the work; it helped the work speak back.

Tarot may be a supportive tool when you feel stuck, want to connect with different parts of yourself, need a fresh perspective, are making a decision, want to strengthen intuition, or are ready to expand your sense of possibility. We alchemize what is here.
